Odiham Church Fete Fun

By Editor - Posted on 12 July 2010

The Odiham Church Fete took place over the weekend in the fabulous grounds of Hatchwood House. The short tennis court at this year's Fete was very popular and helped raise some extra money for the Church charity. The glorious sunny weather helped to make this year's event a great success with many stalls completely sold out. Among the day's highlights was the annual Chinook helicopter from RAF Odiham which landed in the back field for everyone to explore. The RAF crew were very helpful and informative as usual, as were the Odiham fire brigade who patiently explained the workings of their fire engine to numerous children throughout the day. A special thanks once again is due to Veronica Parsons who kindly opens her house and grounds to the public each year for this wonderful event.

What a superb demo at Shoreham Air Show!
