Facilities

The two AceTM porous open graded macadam courts, installed with a colour sprayed acrylic paint finish, were laid by Trevor May in April 2008. As part of the refurbishment all the fencing was replaced and a new social area was added, with benches, a picnic table and a bike rack.
The pavilion, erected in 1999, provides basic changing, kitchen, toilet and storage facilities with notice boards to keep Members informed of current events.
The western court, farthest from the pavilion, is referred to as the 'Parish Court' - it can be hired by the public via an arrangement with Odiham Parish Council. The eastern court, nearest the pavilion, is termed the Club Court and is always available to Members when not reserved for Club events (see section on Court Availability under 'Courts & Coaching'.

Tennis Pavilion

The floodlights were installed in 2003 by LTL Contracts of Farnham (ltlcontracts@btinternet.com). Each court is lit by 4 Philips OptiVision 2 kW metal halide lamps, producing a surface illumination of 500 lux over the playing area - this meets the LTA recommendation for County standard.
The lights are controlled from inside the pavilion with meters supplied by Leisure Controls International (support@lci.gb.com), switch-on being by a key for Club managed sessions or by members using smart cards; they are automatically turned off at 10 pm. Smart cards are available for a small fee from the Membership Secretary.

LTL Floodlights

A Sports Tutor Shotmaker Deluxe Tennis Ball Machine is available for use by Members.
Its features include:-
•Speed ranges from 10 MPH to 95 MPH.
•Spin is adjustable from heavy underspin, to flat, to heavy topspin.
•Interval control adjusts the time between shots from one second to six seconds.
•Trajectory is adjustable between groundstroke and lob.
•Random and programmable oscillator functions.
